Frasier and Posey sadly found themselves dumped in a shelter parking lot - both are very skinny and Fraiser has heart worms.  Still, all they wanted was attention from everyone they met.  We are going to love on them, get them healthy and find the perfect homes for them.  Watch for updates and photos.
