Noelle is a very sweet energetic little hound weighing in at only 40lbs! Her favorite activities include playing with her toys and her foster sister, sitting in your lap, and going for a walk! She also loves to snuggle up with you at night. Her nick name is Ms. Wiggly because when she gets excited her whole body wiggles! Noelle tries to be the alpha but we are working on that. She is quickly learning that her foster humans are the alphas and not her. She is the master at counter surfing! She just doesn’t put her front paws on the counter she puts her whole body on the counter! While her manners may not be perfect yet, she is a fast learner! She will need a dog savvy owner who can help her get over her bad habits. She could use at least a level one obedience course. Since she does have so much energy a family that has children older than 9 years of age would better suit her better. Will you be the family that steps up and helps this little girl mind her manners?
