Elvis was singing the jail house rock when his owners dropped him at the shelter and walked away and now he wants to be nothing but your hound dog! Elvis agrees to share his peanut butter and banana sandwiches with another calm resident dog, or even a cat, and prefers to steer clear of loud noises because they startle him. Elvis asks for a quiet, laid back environment where he can relax and enjoy a casual stroll and some sunshine in the backyard a few times a day. Elvis likes attention but also appreciates his alone time. Elvis has made guest appearances at our adoption and meetup events, and he has done well with the other foster dogs and his human fans.
