Waldo is a beautiful boy that has had a rough start to life.  He was a puppy mill boy with no human interaction.  He will take a special home that is quiet and patient.  He needs another dog to bond with and learn how to be loved by his human.  There is not one ounce of aggression in this boy - he is just scared of the big bad world.  With time he will be a great family member!
