Romeo is such a sweet boy - he has settled right into his foster home and doing well. He was neutered this week and lost a tooth that was abscessed. He does need to put on a little weight, hopefully with that bad tooth out he will eat better. Check back for updates. Romeo needs someone who will take him for a short walk and then cuddle on the couch with him. (yes, we do mean on the couch, we gave up trying to keep him on the floor). Romeo thrives on attention, and will follow us around the house, wanting to be close. We think he would be fine as an only dog, provided that he gets a lot of attention from his family. He does like to play with his foster siblings, but only in short spurts. Romeo is clever, he figured out the dog door on his own and lets himself out when needing to potty or just sniff around outside. He’s only had one accident in the house, and it wasn’t his fault. Romeo will counter-surf if given the opportunity. We don’t know about cats, but he could probably learn to coexist with one.
