Herman is such a sweet heart-just needs a little love and attention! He knows his basic commands and rides well in the car. He is on the skinny side but will fill out nicely to a good size basset. He is house trained but also sits outside nicely without barking or fussing. Gets along great with other dogs, will play if they want to or just hang out. See him doing a perfect "Stay" with his buddies! Although Herman likes children, he also has a history of guarding his toys and treats so he should not be in a home with kids. He has been through training and his new Mom or Dad need to understand what works for him and be willing to follow through.
