Manny, Manny, Manny - such a special boy.  Looks like he was dumped and nobody wanted him.  He was so happy to get out of the shelter and the vet he barked and barked but when we stopped for a break and a belly rub he was the sweetest boy ever.  Just wants someone to love him.  He appears to be hard of hearing but since most bassets ignore their humans anyway it is a small hurdle to overcome.  Check back for more pictures and update from his foster.
