Penelope is a petite basset that found herself in a shelter.  We have brought her into our little group and once we have her checked out and in a foster home we will know more about her personality.  We have been told she loves kids and other dogs.  She does need heart worm treatment so she won't be ready for a month or two.  Check back!!
