Update: Rally has settled into his foster home. He can be a talker, he enjoys being outside playing with fur-friends and he really loves to cuddle with his people friends. He may or may not be 9 years old (that is just a guess). He sure doesn't act like he is 9. He would fit into your household if given the chance. Rally is a sweet boy that found himself in a sad situation - he ended up in a shelter and has made his way to us! Through it all he kept up his smiling face - how can you resist him?
