Milton came to NTBHR as an owner surrender to the shelter. His leg was broken several weeks ago and never set and he was covered in fleas, but his energy and spirits are high!! He will be rehabilitating over the next several weeks. He is full basset puppy and has the "love me" look in his eyes. How could you resist? Look for updates soon...

FOSTER UPDATE 02-05-09:

GREAT news! Milton got his cast off today! He is having a hard time walking on it since he hasn't used it in awhile but as he gains strength in it he will be as good as new! He is still facing surgery for a hernia repair but before long this guy will be ready for his furever home!
