Get your kleenex ready! Poor Adelaide is in awful condition - she has heart worms, a couple of major cysts and is underweight. Her owners cared so little for her that they left her outside a shelter where she wandered onto a highway. Luckily for this sweet girl she was rescued off the road and taken to the shelter. They called us and we jumped into action. She has a long road ahead of her but her fosters are already loving her and making sure we get her healthy. Check back for updates.
