Caesar is such a good dog - he has had three loving families in his life so far - but each time he has had an owner pass away- causing him to be re-homed.  Caesar is a big boy and is used to an active life - running around on a farm and going to the lake.  He does have some separation anxiety due to all the changes but this boy would love a new family - hopefully fur-ever!
