Harvey was found as a stray along the Texas Oklahoma panhandle, and was taken in by some basset owners that happened to be in the neighborhood.
He loves to go for rides in the car, loves cats, adores older children, and plays vigorously with his toys. He's a good eater, likes his crate and is completely housetrained.
He will greet you with a friendly wag of the tail, loves to be near people, and hang out with his people on the couch.
Harvey is the perfect hound for a family with older children and other pets!
