Suzy and Oliver are a bonded pair - sadly their owner died and they had to come back to us. They have been together since 2012 and Oliver really depends on Suzy being near by. Both are very sweet and laid back - sweetly known by their fosters as two large speed bumps. Both are heart worm negative, current on everything and just had dentals! If you have room in your heart and home for a wonderful pair they will return your love exponentially!!
UPDATE: We have separated Suzy and Oliver and both are doing very well on their own- so we will adopt them out individually. She LOVES being outside. I caught her sunbathing a few times. She does follow me everywhere to include waiting patiently on the bath mat. She is now a grazer with her food. She does give me the Basset Eye Look every now and then and gives me an ear full when I return from running errands.
When I sit outside, she jumps onto the chair to lay next to me. She enjoys saying hello to the squirrels and neighbor dogs. I need to be more careful about closing the front door, she is fast out the door. She also loves her walkies!
I think she enjoys being the only four-legged member of the house. Suzy is being treated for an ear infection and is very sensitive about touching her ears right now.
