Do you need a buddy? Well, we have just the one for YOU! Buddy is a total sweetheart. If you want a buddy to curl up with in bed and snooze the night away, then you must meet Buddy. He gets along with all he meets — even cats. In fact, he shows no interest in my cat at all; and that is just fine with my kitty. He’s potty trained, uses the doggie door, loves children, and is just as sweet as he can be. He hasn’t shown aggression in any situation. He does need daily walks and plenty of exercise. Buddy loves soft, comfy places to rest his weary head — such as furniture. But then again, who doesn’t? He’s an escape artist. That explains why he ended up in the shelter; therefore, it’s a must that you have a strong, sturdy fence and gate. He’d also love to have a stay-at-home parent or one that works part-time. His separation anxiety isn’t severe; but, he does get a little nervous when you leave. If you have another dog for Buddy to play with, he’d be in doggie heaven. Buddy is a wonderful Basset.
