Emory (or Emmy as her foster mom calls her) is a serious snuggle bunny. She is sweet and patient, well behaved and completely house trained with a dog door--no accidents so far. She is very fond of sleeping on the sofa, but likes it even more when there is a human to join her. Emmy gives kisses and adoring looks, begs for attention like most bassets, but is not obnoxious about it. She is friendly to dogs and people alike, whether strangers or friends. Emory has cherry eye in one eye, which will be corrected with surgery prior to adoption. She is heartworm negative, and otherwise healthy.
