Meet our Foster-Basset "Chevy". Initially we were going to name him 'Jack" but Chevy seemed to be what my Husband says was a great name for this little guy as he will venture off ahead in life... He is a bit skinny poor baby. But we are going to fatten this little guy up and love on him so he is ready for his furrever family. Our 2 very own Bassets have welcomed him in their own way. A howling chorus is what I heard today. He likes to snooze in the sun and seems pretty good about doing his outside pottying. He also is a seeker of affection and likes to try to climb into my lap already!
