When I first looked into her deep brown eyes, my heart ached for her. She hadn't been treated well and it showed. How could anyone NOT take good care of this wonderful dog is beyond my imagination! I am HONORED to take care of this sweetheart. To see her bravely trust and bond again - after her bad experience with the human race - is magnificent!
If you have the philosophy that senior dogs deserve to be loved and not disposed of easily, then Kelly is for you. This sweetheart will reward you with lots of love and companionship. She doesn't have issues like younger dogs - which is a big plus. She is completely housebroken and has no bad habits. Kelly is a real lady - gracious, polite, undemanding. She's just a little butterball of love. She politely sits by the door and asks, "If it's not too much trouble, could you please let me out?" She does her business, then sits politely by the door again and says, "If it's not too much trouble, could you please let me in?" She loves going on as many short walks that’s offered. Kelly is quite adaptable to just about any type of environment. Kelly is definitely a “velcro” baby doll — she wants to stay close to her people. She richly deserves a home that will honor her senior years and will give her the love and care she richly deserves. Will you at least meet her and give her a second chance for a loving life?
